In order to strengthen our machining workshop, consisting of around twenty numerically controlled machines, we are looking for a Tooling Preparer (M/F).
Main tasks
– Preparation of tooling, recording of technical data
– Preparation of the parts pick-up fixtures before launching production
– Validation of the state of wear of the cutting tools after use, and reorientation for resharpening
– Follow-up, optimisation and replenishment of the cutting tool stock and production consumables
Training: Bac Pro Productique or Bac +2 (type BTS Machining, Logistics or Production Management)
Qualities: Rigour, organisation, teamwork, dynamism and versatility Your knowledge of general mechanics and a good command of IT tools will enable you to adapt to this position
